Service Description

For clients who run a full-time business and are taxed at the partnership or S-Corp level. Fee includes preparation and electronic filing of federal and state income tax returns and any additional schedules. Clients will be provided with encrypted PDF version of tax return or physical copy upon request. Each partner/member/shareholder will be provided with a K-1 for individual tax preparation.
